What happens if I go over my investigation credits?
You can add more credits to your account and continue investigations. We send email when your token usage crosses 80% of the available credits and also support with grace period so platform access does not get interrupted abruptly.
When should I upgrade from Individual to Teams?
Upgrade when you need to collaborate with teammates, share investigations, or centrally manage integrations across your team. The Mac app is perfect for individual use, but Teams unlocks powerful collaboration features.
Is pricing based on the number of users?
No. All plans include unlimited users. Investigation credits are shared across your entire team.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your trial includes full access to Teams plan features for 14 days. After the trial, you can continue with a paid plan or cancel your account.

Yes, we offer volume discounts for large organizations and multi-year commitments. Enterprise customers get custom pricing with flexible billing options. Contact our sales team to discuss.
